Basic Steps For Healthy Eating

Living a long, healthy life is not all that complicated. Dr. Oz, although he is not my favorite doc, stated today that 90% of our health is in our control. Eating a balanced diet based on your body type and potential imbalances, getting enough sleep, reducing stress and being active all play an intricate role in our health and well being. There is actually very little need for supplementation and supplements (including protein powders and such) and they can actually be more harmful that beneficial even when you are referring to some of the highest quality, natural supplements. I am still learning too. There is always something new and exciting to learn, isn't there? Here are some basic steps that can improve digestion.
