We live in a crazy world! We may live in this world, but we do not have to be of it. We do not have to follow the ways of others. We can march to the beat of our own drum and it's ok. If we were all the same in this journey called life it would be boring. Appreciate others and their differences. Accept that they are not perfect, nor will they ever be. There is no such thing as, "Other's Control". People don't like to be told what to do. In most instances it's best to bite our lips and simply pray for strength and peace, or for peace for others. There are times where I get frustrated, or want to say something I know I should not and simply saying, "Help Me God," inside my head helps a great deal. Have a blessed weekend
With Love,
Jennie

Eat Simple
Eat simple. Your buddies, ketchup, mustard and mayo were not around 5,000 years ago, jarred pickles, hot sauce, pop tarts, French fries, pizza and so on.... The more processed, boxed, or jarred the food is the less "life giving" it is to you. The less complex your food is and the closer it is to nature the better. Eating seasonally is also best. For instance hot foods, spicey food and red meat should be limited during the summer as they are heating to the body, can cause irritability and dry out the body for the winter. Ice cream, while ok in moderation during the summer and served best midday with lunch, actually puts out the "digestive fire" which enables us to break down food and assimilate nutrients. So before you take the next bite of breakfast, or dinner make sure you are really hungry, keep it simple and ask yourself if what you are about to ingest will nourish you and make you feel good- physically, mentally and spiritually. With love, jennie
