Tis the season- cold and flu season. Keep up with the basics: eat clean (organic/local/grassfed beef/meats when possible, lots of veggies- cooked and fresh, fresh fruits, nuts and seeds, hot tea, etc), limit sugar intake, limit/eliminate processed foods, take a quality basic multi OR Vit A- C- B Complex- D with K2- Selenium- Iodine- Magnesium, quality probiotic (especially if you have come down with something, or have taken any medications), fish oil, maybe a green drink. If you feel like you are coming down with something, up your intake of Vit A & C, grab some Zand Zinc losanges and take either Biocidin, or Lauricidin.
